Here are some ideas I've found:
1. Add is to dips.
2. Make homemade popsicles with it.
3. Mix it into meatloaf or meat balls if you eat meat.
4. Mix it into pancakes, biscuits, muffins or breads.
5. You could use it for a layer in vegetable lasagna.
6. Mix some extra pulp in a smoothie.
7. Soup in the crock pot.
