Low Blood Pressure?

This post is for those who are suffering from POTS/dysautonomia. If you are like me, your neurologist told you to increase my low blood pressure, I need to take in more fluids and salt. So I wanted to see what else there was to help naturally increase low blood pressure.

Here are some foods that are good for constricting your blood vessels. When blood vessels constrict it helps raise your blood pressure.

When people say salt causes high blood pressure it is the toxic table salt that is the culprit. Celtic sea salt has been shown to actually normalize blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, pure salt will bring it down. But if you have low blood pressure, pure salt will bring it up.
