Turmeric

I'm trying to learn the benefits of Turmeric. I keep hearing my other chronically ill friends talk about how it is helping them. I know it is an anti inflammatory. I want to learn more about how you all use it, what brands do you get, and any good links about it's benefits. Can you please leave any info you have in the comments section under this post please? Thank you!
